1. Working contract is at least one year
– First 2 months (probationary period) : 1,000 USD
– Regular employees (after 2 months) : 1,200 USD
– Free boarding house(or dormitory) & Meals
– Support of first departure from your country and return flight ticket
* You are supposed to pay for your flight ticket to come. CG Academy provides the flight ticket fee after one year working.
– Support of health insurance from your country (1 year one)
* you are supposed to pay for your health insurance. CG Academy provides the fee of the insurance after one year working.
– Support immigration documents related to the stay, such as working visa, visa Extension etc.
– You can use paid vacation after one year working
– Provide 300 USD bonus per vacation (not including airfare and airport tax)
– From 1 year onwards, 2 weeks vacation leave(including weekends and holidays) per 6 months is granted.
4. The Others
– If the employee resigns within one year of contract, the round-trip airfare support will be cancelled and you must pay any expenses such as working visa, extension of visa etc.
– If a resignation is made within three months from the last vacation, the last vacation will be considered as unpaid vacation and the vacation Bonus must be returned.
5. Working conditions
– Working day : Monday~Friday (5 days a week)
– Holiday : Saturday~Sunday and the Philippines regular holidays
– Working hour : 08:00~17:30
** For emergency case during holidays, the manager needs to work eventually without overtime pay. Also, sometimes the manager should work after 17:30 if we are very busy.*****************************************
